The instructions below are based on cooking them after thawing.  Cook to an internal temp of 165º
Grill:
  • preheat grill to medium high
  • arrange burgers in single layer on grill
  • grill 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked
Sauté:
  • preheat skillet to medium high
  • arrange burgers in single layer in skillet
  • sautée 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked
Conventional oven:
  • preheat oven to 425º
  • arrange burgers in a single layer on baking sheet and place on middle rack of oven
  • for full package, bake 18-20 minutes
  • for best results, turn over halfway through cooking
